It’s time again to learn more about...

Horse riding is so fun I do it at Wallington Park Equestrian center the writing with a link will bring you to the website at the place I ride. It is really fun!
Here is a photo of one of the horses that used to be at Wallington park:
The horses name is Brandy. I used to ride him all the time.
When you ride a horse or pony you can ride western, english or stock. I ride english. You can walk, trot, canter or gallop, I can only walk, trot and canter. Galloping is really hard it is like a full on sprint.
I have fallen off a horse a few times my worse time was when I was riding a horse named Kaluha and my friend was riding a horse called Bridget and Bridget kicked Kaluha on the backside and Kaluha went crazy! She kept running around the arena (ring I ride in) and I lost control of the horse and my foot got stuck right in the styrip (what you put your foot in when riding in a saddle) and I fell on the side of the horse I got dragged along the ground but luck my hand was on the horses neck. I finally got my foot out of the styrip and I let go. I’m glad I didn’t get injured but I still kept riding after that. I don’t have a picture of Kaluha or Bridget but those horses were very cheeky.

Horse Breeds are the type of horse like where they come from or just how the horse looks. I will tell you a few of the breeds:
Shetland Pony
Thoroughbred
Welsh mountain Pony
brumbie/Mustang
They were only four breeds that just came straight to my mind but there are heaps more I can say.
There are also heaps of colours too. I will tell you most of them:
Black
Brown
Grey/White
Paint (can be any patched colour and different types of patches)
Bay (brown body with black mane and tail)
Buckskin (goldish coat and black mane and tail)
chestnut
palomino (gold coat with white mane and tail)
There are also lots more colours as well but I just said a few.
There are also different type of horses. I will tell from the biggest horse to one of the smallests.
COB (massive horse)

Quarter horse
Pony
Shetland pony
Miniature pony
They are the sizes from biggest to smallest.

Hi everyone!,
If you look at my other post than you can see that my favourite animal is a… horse! I love them because they are just beutiful and gorgeous animals so I thought I would just do one more post about them and add just a little bit more infomation.
Horses and ponies are very smart animals and have quite a few weird things about themselves and I’ll going to tell you all about that and how it works. Just if you didn’t know that I am really really horsemad and just to let you know that the really could go on forever and ever. Anyway let’s just get onto the facts.
The Horses Mane and Tail.
One weird thing about a horse or pony that if you pull it’s mane or some hair from the mane it can’t feel it but if you pull it’s tail the horse or pony can feel it, it’s really weird. The horses can’t feel there mane because they don’t have much or any nerves in there body that connects to the mane. One thing that I absolutely love about the horses mane and tail that you can braid it and plait it. It looks so pretty when you can do that. There is heaps of braids and plaits I’ll only say a few because there is so much and I’ll be on all day. There is A diamond braid, buton braid, hunter braid, knob braid, french braid, continental braid, scalloped braid and many more I just said a few of some that I remember. here is a photo of my favourite braid the diamond braid.

Of course a horse has body pieces everyone and every horse has them unless the horse or pony is fake. A pony or horse has some really interesting body pieces and I’m going to name some. I’ll start from the top and go right round.

Eliza is my cousin. She is very nice.

spending time with family and going to Qeens Cliff.
Eliza has two horses. One foal and one pony. Her ponie’s name is Puff and her foals name is Ellie. She can’t ride any of them yet because they haven’t been broken in yet. (That means trained.) Eliza has sitten on Puff before but she almost fell off but lucky her mum cought her.
About Eliza:
She has brown curly hair.
She has bright blue eyes.
She has two brothes. One called Luca and the other Charlie.
She has heaps of friends and one of her favourites is called Bianca.
Her favourite sport is hudles.
We took some photos of each other but I had some trouble getting them on the cumputer. Sorry.

Hi Everyone. Today I would like to give you a big Merry…
and a very Happy…
It is nearly the end of the year but I won’t stop blogging even though I don’t have super blogging machine teacher, which are Mrs Morris and Miss Jordan any more. I will keep blogging for ages and ages and probably never stop!
It has been so much fun this year!
For my teachers that I have had ever since I started school are.
I have had.
Prep: Miss Jordan.
Grade one: Mrs Wescott.
And finally when I had Mrs Morris and Miss Jordan as teachers I finally learned some blogging but I never new it before. I’m so glad that I had them as teachers and during blogging I also eared my own blog which I just wrote a post up. Next year when I’m in grade three I’m having a boy teacher for the first time of my life called Mr Heenan. I will teach him a lot about blogging because he said that he might start a class blog. Hopefully.
I had a great Christmas with my family and I do miss school work and those great two teachers. We changed so much in the year and I’ve got two photos that I founed on the 2KM and 2KJ blog. We were in our same places and look at the difference. Everyone has changed so much. A few people were away and they had to fit in a few spare places.

I will miss everyone that was in 2KJ because they were great students and a great class, but I won’t have to miss 2KM because we are all together except for 3 girls. Ella, Hannah and Amelie. I will miss them though.
